About Arin

14+ years at the intersection of leadership, talent, and performance.

Before launching her consulting practice, Arin held senior People leadership roles at Expedia Group, Redfin, and Vrbo — leading talent development, organizational design, culture, and performance strategy through periods of rapid growth, acquisition, and transformation. In 2020, she completed a professional coaching program and began formally coaching leaders — many of whom she still works with today.

She partners with executives at growing companies in the U.S. and globally, bringing rigor, clarity, and a focus on outcomes to every engagement. Her work centers on identifying the patterns, behaviors, and dynamics that get in the way of performance — and helping leaders and teams shift them in real time.
